The moment I watched Succession season 4, episode 9, the episode titled “Church and State,” I was pretty sure that Kieran Culkin had pretty much locked up the award season. I won’t spoil anything, but it was an incredibly strong performance for an actor with a lot of breadth. Well, after the Golden Globes and Primetime Emmys, it looks like critics agree.
